Advanced Analytic Services and Predictive Modeling
Strategic management of your data assets is crucial to success, whether you are a payer, provider, vendor, researcher or regulatory body.
Performance measurement, risk adjustment and outcome studies all succeed or fail depending on the quality of your data assets.
We never ‘kick the ball somewhere else’. We leverage your data assets to solve problems, not divert or delay them.
We provide transparency to our solutions, so your company can move forward once we are gone.
We believe that data should be an asset, not an anchor. We turn complex data feeds into structured, powerful assets for your entire organization.
Each of our customers is different, as are their issues, problems and opportunities. We partner with you to create solutions tailored to your specific challenges and goals. We collaborate with your team on key decision points throughout your project and equip you to maintain our solutions after the project is complete.
We work with your data in your systems directly. We do not require our clients to create data extracts or transmit data to external data warehouses.
This model maximizes the effectiveness of our consultants and minimizes expenses and risks for our customers.
Strong Client Relationships
We value each client relationship as a partnership. Every member of our team is dedicated to your success. We develop collaborative solutions which remain in place after our engagements, and work closely with your team to transfer the knowledge necessary for future maintenance and scaling.
We scale in a different way. Our team is highly skilled and adaptable and each of our consultants is an expert in several subject matter areas. When we need an additional expert to assess a specialized problem, we supplement our project teams dynamically. We tackle problems that often span multiple domains, and create solutions with far-reaching, downstream effects in mind.
