For 2022, Health Data Decisions will host an interactive round table event titled “How can I monitor ongoing member experience like I do quality of care?” to rally colleagues and thought leaders around methods to measure and improve member experience in the new generation of quality.
The round table will be a discussion about new and innovative methods to measure member experience and predict future results. With the increased value of measures such as CAHPS, appeals, and disenrollment it is important to track member experience and engagement over time. Only with timely measurement can it be possible to determine if interventions to improve member experience are working.
As Health Data Decisions slowly rejoins the world at in-person events, we will continue to follow all local regulations governing the safe conduct in public spaces and the guidance of the CDC.
